A traditional Yorkshire favourite. Sam’s stem ginger cookies contain chunks of stem ginger as well as ground ginger. 
Made using the old fashioned melting method with butter and golden syrup in a pan, then by adding the rest of the ingredients into a dough. These cookies are so delicious Sam has to hide them away if she is baking for her family or she would eat them all herself first!

Ingredients: unsalted butter, golden syrup, caster sugar, free range eggs, self raising flour, bicarbonate of soda, ground ginger and stem ginger.
